If we can't fix your phone you will not be charged, we don't charge for looking or attempted repairs. All repairs come with a detailed service report. A comprehensive test report will be supplied with all major repairs. If we can't fix your phone and you want it back you will be charged for shipping (approx $10.00) We will provide a free estimate of the repair, written quotes will incur a $27.50 charge including GST and are deductable from the repair cost and valid for 14 days.
