New phones carry full manufacturers warranty. Refurbished phones carry a 90 day warranty.

Repairs carry a 90 day warranty excluding repairs done on liquid damaged equipment which carry a 30 day warranty.

Warranty returns must be authorised with an RA number and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Warranty only becomes valid when full payment has been received. Warranty seal must be intact, any sign of tampering will void all warranties.

Repair warranty applies if the same fault occurs or the related part fails within the applicable warranty time frame. Equipment found to be liquid or physically damaged and returned for warranty repair will be excluded from all warranties. Any equipment sent back for warranty repair found to be in proper working order, to have been tampered with or returned with an unrelated fault will incur a minimum service fee of $27.50 including GST.
